William is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Oaklands Global. His search career has been dedicated to the international aviation and aerospace markets. After successfully establishing the aviation division for a boutique consultancy, William’s passion for aviation led him to establish Oaklands Global in 2013.

Kathryn is one of the Co-founders who helped set up Oaklands Global. Her search career began in 2004 and she has recruited across, telecoms, IT and Aviation. In 2021 she joined the Investment Banking team to help develop and build the businesses reputation in this sector.

Callum Devaney joined Oaklands Global in 2015 and progressed through the ranks and now heads up our research and resourcing function.

Callum studied International Business and Globalisation at De Montfort University, graduating in 2013 with a BA (Hons).

Jason is an internationally experienced recruiter and search specialist with a background in global Financial and Technology markets. Jason’s mission is to bring the best search service to the four corners of the world, delivering the most professional, efficient and personal touch to his clients and candidates.

Siobhan is an experienced recruiter and search specialist with a deep-rooted passion for aviation. Her journey in the industry began quite literally above the clouds—as a flight attendant—which gives her a unique, first-hand understanding of the people, pressures, and pace behind aviation operations.

After earning his City and Guilds 2661 Aircraft Technician certifications and NVQ Level 2 in aircraft maintenance and engineering, Charlie spent 11 years working across the aerospace and aviation sectors. He started in a part-145/part-M CAMO organisation and later moved into component repair management, where he really established himself within aviation MRO.

Sonya Sharples is an experienced Investment Banking Recruiter with over 15 years of specialist recruitment expertise gained across both global recruitment firms and entrepreneurial boutique consultancies. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional talent solutions, combining deep market knowledge with a highly consultative and relationship-driven approach.

Brad began his recruitment career at the age of 18 and has since built over eight years of experience within the recruitment industry. Having specialised in the medical sector throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst consistently delivering exceptional service and results.
