William Finden is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Oaklands Global. His search career has been dedicated to the international aviation and aerospace markets. After successfully establishing the aviation division for a boutique consultancy, William’s passion for aviation led him to establish Oaklands Global in 2013
Kathryn Sainsbury
Managing Partner - Investment Banking
Kathryn is one of the Co-founders who helped set up Oaklands Global. Her search career began in 2004 and she has recruited across, telecoms, IT and Aviation. In 2021 she joined the Investment Banking team to help develop and build the businesses reputation in this sector.
