Oaklands Global are currently recruiting Multiple Vice Presidents of Sales on behalf of one of our leading Business Aviation clients based in Denmark, Sweden and Austria. These roles are fully remote.
This role is dedicated to driving new sales for the organization’s Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programs, focusing on engaging key target audiences like high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and aircraft owners. Success in this position is achieved by meeting defined sales targets in your territory and supporting business growth through new customer acquisition, renewals, trades, and add-ons for current owners via relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting, engaging leads, building interest, closing deals, and coordinating smooth transitions to Account Executives and Owner Services.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing our products, services, partnerships, and overall value to potential clients.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with both existing and prospective clients within your region through strategic networking and partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with current owners, working closely with Account Executives and Owner Services to ensure their continued satisfaction and support.
- Independently or with Sales Consultants, manage and update prospect and client records accurately using Salesforce.com and other sales tools.
- Complete and submit sales reports, including forecasts and business plans, accurately and on time as required by management.
Requirements
- No previous aviation experience required
Package - €75,000 + €35,000 Guaranteed commission for the first 12 months. As this company do not have an establishment in the country there are no other benefits so tax and social security will have to be handled by yourself. I appreciate this would not suit everyone.
