Oaklands Global are partnering with an established and growing financial services firm which is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Investment Banking team in Little Rock.
This is an opportunity for a high-performing professional to play a key role in the execution of complex transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative advisory platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of a variety of corporate finance transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Lead financial analysis, valuation, and transaction materials.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related advisory environment.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
