Key Responsibilities

Training Programme Development

• Support in designing and developing training materials.
• Incorporate adult learning principles for engaging and effective training.
• Create informative online training videos on various subjects.
• Develop technical training courses for all levels.
• Modify content in line with organizational or regulatory changes.

Training Delivery

• Deliver training sessions in-person and through virtual platforms.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops, seminars, and webinars.
• Ensure interactive and engaging training sessions.
• Conduct basic relevant training for new hires.
• Schedule in-house educational sessions using e-learning platforms.

Training Evaluation and Improvement

• Implement mechanisms to assess training program effectiveness.
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement of content and delivery methods.

Technical Expertise

• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for employees.

Training Documentation

• Ensure required documentation is in place for all content and employees.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Create and update training documentation.
• Generate regular training reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in training and content development.
• Familiarity with various training methods and tools, including online video content creation.
• Experience in creating content for both novices and experts.
• Experience working closely with multi-site teams in a regulated environment.
• Experience in training within a heavily regulated environment.
• Experience in training within an aviation environment.
• Proficiency in common software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
• Working Towards a Training Qualification (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer).
• Ability to acquire UK security clearance.
• Full UK driving licence. - Degree in a relevant field such as Education, Computer Science, Engineering.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning.
