A globally active investment and asset-focused organization is seeking a highly motivated professional to support complex commercial transactions and operational asset management activities across international markets. The company manages high-value aviation related assets and works with stakeholders across finance, technical operations, legal, and commercial teams worldwide.
This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, transaction execution, and strategic operational decision-making within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of commercial and asset-related transactions from initiation through closing.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and internal stakeholders on transaction documentation and approvals.
- Review financial and operational models to evaluate opportunities.
- Monitor transaction timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder. communication.
- Prepare management presentations, reporting materials, and commercial analyses.
- Assist with asset tracking, operational coordination, and portfolio-related initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with finance, technical, commercial, and operations teams.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely delivery of critical information and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in transaction management and execution, asset management, investment banking or private equity.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with databases, lease systems, ERP platforms, or asset management systems is advantageous.
