Oaklands Global has been exclusively retained by an established private aviation company to identify and appoint a Sales & Acquisitions Director.
This full-time, permanent position, based in Florida, offers a rare opportunity to take strategic ownership of the organisation’s aircraft sales, acquisitions, and management portfolio.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial direction, driving revenue growth, expanding the managed fleet, and representing the brand across the global business aviation marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for aircraft sales, acquisitions, and fleet growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Identify on- and off-market opportunities aligned with fleet requirements.
- Lead negotiations and ensure full regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage seamless transactions.
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in aircraft sales/acquisitions or a comparable aviation role
- Proven ability to close complex, high-value transactions
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation market dynamics
- Proficiency with JETNET, AMSTAT, and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Have the right to live and work in the U.S.
