Oaklands Global are working with a specialist lender looking to hire a Lending Services Manager to take ownership of deals from credit approval through to drawdown.
This is a hands-on, front-line role ideal for someone who thrives on managing transactions end-to-end, keeping momentum, and ensuring everything is executed accurately and on time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning lending cases from approval to completion
- Managing documentation, conditions, and timelines
- Acting as the key point of contact across stakeholders
- Applying first-line risk & control checks
- Escalating complex issues where needed
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in lending / banking
- Strong understanding of credit, risk, and documentation
- Solid grasp of KYC / AML requirements
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
