Oaklands Global is proud to partner with a highly regarded middle-market boutique investment bank that is actively expanding its Dallas office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and infrastructure initiatives supporting middle-market M&A advisory and capital raising transactions.
  • Manage and lead deal teams across live transactions, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of client materials and analyses.
  • Support Managing Directors in business development and origination efforts, including preparation of pitch materials, client presentations, and relationship management initiatives.
  • Mentor, train, and develop junior bankers, including Analysts and Associates, through hands-on transaction leadership and professional development.
  • Develop and improve internal processes, financial tools, CRM systems, and deal workflow infrastructure to enhance execution efficiency.
  • Manage transaction processes including diligence coordination, investor materials, pipeline management, and deal tracking.
  • Support origination and execution teams with scalable platforms, reporting, and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate with clients, investors, legal counsel, and third-party advisors throughout transaction lifecycles.
  • Help build operational best practices and scalable infrastructure to support firm growth.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of investment banking experience, preferably within a middle-market or boutique advisory platform.
  • Strong execution experience across sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and private capital raises.
  • Prior experience executing M&A transactions in building products, infrastructure, construction, general industrials, or related industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple live transactions and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, process management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience improving deal execution processes, internal systems, or operational infrastructure is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus.
