Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Prepare pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), management presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Analyze financial statements, company performance, and market data to support M&A and corporate finance transactions.
- Support live deal execution, including due diligence and transaction coordination.
- Conduct company, industry, and valuation research, including comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
- Maintain client relationships and collaborate with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Master's is a plus.
- 2–3 years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on executing M&A transactions at a leading investment bank.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively as part of a team.
