Investment Banking Analysts – Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Draft client pitches and marketing materials including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, refinancing and equity capital market alternatives, as well as associated internal documentation through coordination with internal and external resources.
• Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.
• Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.
• Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
• Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing.
• Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience within a top tier investment bank is required.
• Previous experience with Sell side M&A transactions within the healthcare space.
• Strong financial modeling skills required; ability to build detailed, fully integrated financial models and financial projections and analyse the impact of proposed transaction options on the capital structure and cash flows.
• Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Four-year degree with a record of strong academic achievement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint.
