Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment that supports growth and continuous improvement.
• Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and budgeting of infrastructure and engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting all regulatory standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety regulations, industry best practices, and internal protocols to maintain a strong focus on safety.
• Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of airport infrastructure, including runways, taxiways, terminals, parking structures, and utilities. Implement preventative maintenance plans to enhance asset performance and longevity.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering department's budget to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing the airport's long-term engineering strategy, ensuring it aligns with the airport's overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong skills in project management and budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and standards in airport engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in airport engineering or a related field.
