Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist (Engineer) to join our clients dynamic Compliance & Safety team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll ensure the internal procedures meet EASA Part-145 and international aviation standards, helping our client stay compliant and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Support departments with audit findings and corrective actions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate them effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with authorities, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor suppliers, review safety reports, and evaluate certification eligibility.
- Oversee internal training programs and safety culture.
Requirements
- Experience in an EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organisation is a plus.
- Auditing experience in aviation maintenance is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English with a valid EU work permit.
