Oaklands Global are looking to recruit a driven and experienced Compliance Engineer to join our clients Compliance Team, with a primary focus on Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) activities.
This position plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s compliance monitoring programme and ensuring continued adherence to all applicable aviation regulations across continuing airworthiness functions.
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining full regulatory compliance, including EASA Part-CAMO, EASA Part-M, and AS9110 standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme across all CAMO-related activities
- Conduct internal audits and reviews of continuing airworthiness processes
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Track, manage, and verify corrective actions arising from audit findings
- Assist with regulatory audits and oversight activities
- Support the development, review, and improvement of company procedures and manuals
- Contribute to occurrence investigations relating to continuing airworthiness
- Provide general support to the wider Compliance Team
Essential Requirements
- Relevant aviation engineering or technical qualification
- Proven experience within a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)
- Working knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO & EASA Part-M
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of AS9110 Quality Management Systems
- Experience in internal auditing or compliance monitoring
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Previous interaction with aviation regulatory authorities
