The Scenario

In 2021, RAS Completions was acquired by Jet MS (Part of the Aviation Solutions Group). 12 months later the business rebranded as Jet MS Completions. Subsequently, the business embarked on an extensive restructure, which under the direction of their New Managing Director, Keiron McNeill (Another successful mandate delivered by the Oaklands Global team) the business identified the need to strengthen and grow a multi-disciplined sales team across Europe. After a robust briefing process, the Oaklands Global team worked strategically, using a detailed search methodology to identify a hand-picked selection of suitably qualified and experienced candidates.The team were thrilled to progress a small number of exceptional candidates to final interview and subsequent offer acceptance. This was only achieved through a deep understanding of the roles and the business itself, along with the excellent synergy between the Oaklands Global team and the Jet MS Completions stakeholders.

The Task

To deliver three experienced sales professionals to the business, strengthening the existing sales function and increasing the company's market share across all product lines, within Europe and further afield. The project consisted of one Senior Sales Director and two General Sales Managers, with extensive knowledge of Aircraft Paint, Interiors, Maintenance and Completions.
